Want to receive your order at a specific time? There are a few things you can do to influence this.

Want to receive your order sooner? Move your payment date forward via Adjust payment date in your personal account. This starts the order process earlier. Keep in mind the doctor still needs 48–72 hours for review afterwards.

Want to receive your order later? Move your payment date back in your personal account.

Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link from the courier by email. Via this you can adjust the delivery time, redirect your package to a pickup point, or delay delivery.

Please note: we can never guarantee the exact delivery date: this depends on the pharmacy and the courier. Always allow some extra buffer time.
