Stopping treatment: effects and tapering off

Effects of stopping per treatment and how to taper off responsibly

Considering stopping your Fellos treatment? That's a personal choice we always respect. Below you can read what to expect per treatment.

Hair loss treatment (finasteride / dutasteride)

If you stop finasteride or dutasteride, the effect will gradually fade. Within 6–12 months of stopping, hair loss typically returns to the level it was before treatment, meaning any hair gained may be lost again. Want to stop? Always discuss this with the doctor via the medical chat first: tapering off gradually can help preserve the effect for as long as possible.

ED pills (sildenafil / tadalafil)

ED pills don't require a tapering schedule. You can stop immediately without medical risk. If you use them on demand, simply stop ordering. The same applies to daily tadalafil: you can stop at any time.

Prefer to pause instead?

Don't want to stop permanently but would rather take a break? You can easily do this via your personal account. You can pause your subscription for the next order, until a specific date, or indefinitely.
