What do you need?
Which treatment you're on and your current dosage
How long you've been on the treatment
Any medical documents or your prescription (invoice or packaging showing dose and name)
How does it work?
Complete the intake on our website. Indicate that you're already being treated and which treatment and dosage you're using. The doctor will then assess whether your treatment can be continued at your current dosage: you don't need to start again at the lowest dose if you've already been on a higher one for a while.
Cancel your existing subscription
Make sure to cancel your subscription with the other provider once you start with Fellos, so you don't pay twice.
